Current mood:relieved

Yippee! Last exam until some time around Christmas, and it is a fine June day - sounds nice, smells nice, only marginally too warm (I was designed for high northern climates). The birdies are singing, someone is doing aerobatics over the house but too high up for me to see if it's the Grace Spitfire (if so, the someone is most likely a she) and the White City irises at the end of the terrace smell of lily-of-the-valley.

Now I should: weed the garden; clean the house; recommence writing 'One of Our Elves'; reduce the muddle of papers on my desk to its component subject matter and file under Contract, Tort,  Law in Practice and Public and European Law; er - send my stepfather a birthday-present; arrange to take il_grifone out for an extra-good dinner because his birthday next week is divisible by ten with the result being an integer; ask some authors if they've anything coming up for me to beta; maybe answer a backlog of emails sent to my family-historian persona.

Now I will: reread all my favourite longish fanfics; reread the Lymond Chronicles from end to end.

And first find something to eat, because I'm still running on the bowl of muesli I had at about ten to seven.
